  BR petrol-chemical process pump is a two-end supporting centrifugal pump of horizontal type, radial split, single stage, two-stage or triple-stage.It is designed according to API610 standard,BB2 type.Its basic form is single stage structure, and its impellers are divided into double suction and single suction.This series of pumps is designed strictly in accordance with the standard in terms of pump support, bearing arrangement, reservation interface, cooling and washing, cavity structure etc.Plan reasonably,enhance the universality of components,reduce maintenance time and numbers or types of spare parts.

1.B1R Structure

 

 

1.Rolling bearing ,sliding bearing or forced lubrication bearing structure can be configured according to power and speed,so that safe and reliable operation is ensured.
2.Rigid shaft design,small deflection and stable operation.Conical shaft ends which meet  API610 standard make service life long;replacement and maintenance become more convenient.
3.API682 standard seal chamber size,and different seal forms can be configured according to user requirements.
4.Pump cover and impeller all have wear-resistant seal rings;seal ring clearance and hardness conform to API610 standard;long service life;convenient replacement and maintenance.
5.there are single-stage double-suction impeller and single-stage single-suction impeller.Double-suction structure can be used in all kinds of high and low pressure conditions and guarantees bearing service life;good cavitation performance,no hydraulic axial force.
6.Inlet and outlet flanges are designed according to GB.Also we will carry out ANS、HG、SH、DIN、EN standard on the basis of user requirements,inlet and outlet are arranged at pump inlet.
7.Design low pressure of BR type single-stage pump body is 5.0MPa,and design high pressure is
11.0MPa.Double volute structure is adopted,which possesses excellent balanced radial force and has little influence on pump shaft and bearings.
8.Pump cover:Rigid design, strong loading capacity,high reliability.Cooling cavity is full of water so that seal chamber temperature can be lowered under high temperature condition and reliable mechanical seal running is ensured.
9.Maze dust-proof plate or mechanical oil seal can be selected.It can effectively prevent dust entering the box to cause damage to the bearing, and also prevent leakage of lubricating oil, thus improve bearing life.

 

2.B2R Structure

5.Impeller:first-stage double-suction and secondary-stage single-suction. Good cavitation performance.Secondary impeller balances axial force through back seal ring and balanced hole.No hydraulic axial force and can be used under all kinds of high and low pressure conditions,thus ensure service life of bearing.
6.Inlet and outlet flanges are designed according to GB.Also we will carry out ANS、HG、SH、DIN、EN standard on the basis of user requirements,inlet and outlet are arranged at pump inlet.
7.BR type two-stage structure.Design low pressure of BR type single-stage pump body is 11.0MPa,and design high pressure is 15.0MPa.Double volute structure is adopted,which possesses excellent balanced radial force and has little influence on pump shaft and bearings.Symmetrical space transition type flow channel reduces impact loss,thus ensures inlet performance of secondary impeller and improves the efficiency.
8.Interstage is interstage bush structure,which effectively reduces interstage leakage,lowers pump volume loss,improves pump efficiency,maintains low pressure of seal chamber and ensures safe operation of the seal.
